Visible are the overgrown shrubberies of DOOM[TM], the sick roses that no longer climb the trellises, the corner tree, and on the far left, the tree by the street. The broken bricks &#038; graffiti are barely visible at the bottom.\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure><figure class='gallery-item'>\n\t\t\t<div class='gallery-icon landscape'>\n\t\t\t\t<a href='https:\/\/www.stormtiger.com\/collie\/bestiary\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/2012-08-30-doorway-left.jpg'><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stormtiger.com\/collie\/bestiary\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/2012-08-30-doorway-left-150x150.jpg\" class=\"attachment-thumbnail size-thumbnail\" alt=\"View from porch - left\" aria-describedby=\"gallery-1-3620\" \/><\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<figcaption class='wp-caption-text gallery-caption' id='gallery-1-3620'>\n\t\t\t\tFrom the left, the other crazy gardenia (?) bush, the sick rosebushes with holes where some died, the shedding palmetto, the flooring of white rock on black plastic, the edge of the overgrown bushes blocking part of the walkway, and the wooden brace that&#8217;s come loose from the walkway. This whole area could use some serious help.\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure><figure class='gallery-item'>\n\t\t\t<div class='gallery-icon landscape'>\n\t\t\t\t<a href='https:\/\/www.stormtiger.com\/collie\/bestiary\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/2012-08-30-garbage-tangle.jpg'><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stormtiger.com\/collie\/bestiary\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/2012-08-30-garbage-tangle-150x150.jpg\" class=\"attachment-thumbnail size-thumbnail\" alt=\"Shrubbery tangle &amp; garbage - street view\" aria-describedby=\"gallery-1-3623\" \/><\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<figcaption class='wp-caption-text gallery-caption' id='gallery-1-3623'>\n\t\t\t\tThe sunlight makes it hard to see clearly, but this shot is a street-side view of the shrubbery tangle &#8212; with all the garbage tossed there by passers-by, the remains of the tree stump, and the space between the rosebushes where one died. With a bit of work I think this could be an excellent spot for birds and small animals to shelter.\n\t\t\t\t<\/figcaption><\/figure><figure class='gallery-item'>\n\t\t\t<div class='gallery-icon landscape'>\n\t\t\t\t<a href='https:\/\/www.stormtiger.com\/collie\/bestiary\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/2012-08-30-dirt-house-side.jpg'><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/www.stormtiger.com\/collie\/bestiary\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/2012-08-30-dirt-house-side-150x150.jpg\" class=\"attachment-thumbnail size-thumbnail\" alt=\"Planter space on side of house\" aria-describedby=\"gallery-1-3619\" \/><\/a>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<figcaption class='wp-caption-text gallery-caption' id='gallery-1-3619'>\n\t\t\t\tHere&#8217;s the yard and the planter on the side of the house that used to have lots of greenery growing in it, until the previous landlord&#8217;s gardeners rooted everything out.
